[PM246S]How to Avoid Printing Blank Content

1. Make sure your labels are Thermal paper and the print side facing up.

Please make sure the tear-off side of the label is facing up.

2.Please make sure you are using the original 24V-2.5A power adapter.



3. Reset the printer

3.1 Press the button on the printer：

A. Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. When the printer is in standby mode, press and hold the feed button for about 10 seconds.
B. After the blue light flashes 4 times, release the feed button.
