1. Make sure your labels are Thermal paper and the print side facing up.
Please make sure the tear-off side of the label is facing up.
2.Please make sure you are using the original 24V-2.5A power adapter.
3. Reset the paper feed button to factory settings
3.1 Restore the printer by pressing buttons
(reset the printer driver settings and print settings to factory defaults)
Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. Restart the printer. When the printer is in standby mode (the WiFi button on the left and the paper feed button on the right are both fixed blue indicators), press and hold the paper feed button until the blue light flashes 4 times, then release the paper feed button.

3.2 Restore the printer by Phone Labelife APP
Complete the network configuration settings on the Labelife APP on your mobile phone and connect the printer.
As shown in the figure, you can enter the printer firmware information page to reset the printer.
