Check whether the APP can actively push the new version of the printer firmware. If there is a prompt for a new version of the printer firmware update, please do not disconnect the printer and APP, and complete the firmware upgrade according to the prompt.

If your printer firmware version is not 2.6.2, and the APP printer firmware update does not pop up any prompts. You can contact our technical support email with a screenshot of the printer firmware information:

2.The Printed Label Content is Offset to the Left or Right
(As shown in the figures) When you use a printer to print a label, the label content is offset to the left and right. This is probably due to paper installation and editing problems.
2.1 Ensure that the Paper is Installed Correctly
The paper output direction must be parallel to the printer output port, and the paper must be smooth and run smoothly. If the paper is installed too loosely or too tightly, it will cause the paper to deviate, resulting in printing deviation.
Paper guides can be used to fix the paper position so that the paper will not shift in direction due to paper feeding.
Open the printer cover, insert the paper smoothly and straight, close the printer cover, turn on the printer and wait for the printer to automatically feed the paper and calibrate the paper position.
2.2 Template Editing Content Needs to be Centered Horizontally
2.2.1 Horizontally Center Label Content on the Mobile Labelife APP
Go to the mobile app store and search and download Labelife APP. Connect the printer to the Labelife APP. When editing labels on the APP, the edited content needs to be centered in the text box. 2.2.2 Horizontally Center Label Content on the PC Labelife Software
When editing label content, you can select "Align to label" at the top of the software page to center the label content.
3. Circular Labels Slightly Offset
When using circular label paper to print labels, if the label content is not in the middle of the circle, it means that the circular label is printed offset. (As the pictures shown)
3.1 Ensure that the Paper is Installed Correctly
The paper output direction must be parallel to the printer output port, and the paper must be smooth and run smoothly. If the paper is installed too loosely or too tightly, it will cause the paper to deviate, resulting in printing deviation.

3.2 PC Software Printing Adjustment
If you use a computer device to connect to a printer for printing, it is recommended to go to the Labelife official website to download the latest version of the Labelife computer software to edit circular labels for printing. It is recommended to use a data cable to connect to the computer to facilitate subsequent adjustment of the offset value in the printer driver. The effect of printing circular labels will be better.
3.2.1 Check the Printer Firmware on the PC Labelife Software
To download the PC Labelife software, then connect the printer to the Labelife software and check the printer's firmware information as shown in the figures.
