[PM344WiFi] How to Avoid Partial Loss of Printed Labels

[PM344WiFi] How to Avoid Partial Loss of Printed Labels

Info
If you find that the printed label content is partially missing and blank when you are using the printer to print labels, please pay attention to the following information.

1.  Check the Print Head

Check if there is paper glue residue and dirt on the print head. If the position where the label is missing corresponds to the position where the print head is dirty, use an alcohol swab to clean the print head position.

After the print head is clean and dry, use the printer to print again to check whether the label content missing problem still exists.

2. Close up the cover firmly

There are clips on both sides of the top cover that can be connected to the bottom of the printer. Make sure both sides are pressed and tightly engaged.
Press down firmly on the cover to make sure it is fully closed.

If the Problem Still Persists

If the issue remains unresolved, please provide the following information for further analysis:
1. Provide some photos of printers printing labels with missing content
2. A clear photo of the print head
3. Photo of a self-test page printed by the printer:
Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. Turn on the printer, and when the printer is in standby mode (the WiFi button on the left and the paper feed button on the right both show a solid blue indicator light), press and hold the paper feed button on the right until the blue light flashes once, then release the paper feed button.

We need to know whether the self-test page printed by the printer also has the problem of missing areas. (Important!)
4. The printer's serial number (starting with Q) behind the printer
5. Order number and purchase date.
We will forward this information to our technical team for analysis to help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
