[PM344WiFi] How to Avoid Printing Blurred Content
If you use the PM344WiFi printer to print labels and find that the printing effect of the labels is not good enough, some places are blurry, please pay attention to the following information.
1. Check the Printer Head
If there is paper residue or glue residue on the printer's print head, use an alcohol swab to gently wipe the dirty area of the print head. Make sure the print head is clean and dry before trying to print again.
2. Check the Power Adapter
If the power adapter used by the printer is not the original power adapter with output specifications (24V-2.5A), the printer may print too lightly, print blankly, or print unclearly.
3.Try Adjusting the Print Density and Speed
3.1 Adjustment on the Local Computer
3.1.1 Windows
Please connect the printer to the computer via a data cable, and connect the printer to the Windows computer via the WiFi setting tool, and then you can adjust the printer's printing speed and density in the driver.
Turn on the printer, and connect it to the computer using a Type-C cable. Make sure the printer can be connected to the computer as a USB device.

After completing the settings according to the instructions, go to the Windows settings page, click "Device", click "Printers and Scanners", click PM-344-WiFi (Management—Printer Preferences Page—Option), adjust the print speed to 2, and the print density to 12.
If you have downloaded the Labelife software.
You can set the printer to the Labelife software and set the label printing density and speed as shown in the figure, adjust the density to 12 and the speed to 2. Select "Black and White" in Clarity Setting.
3.1.2 Mac
Please connect the printer to the computer via a data cable, and connect the printer to the Mac via the WiFi setting tool, and then you can adjust the printer's printing speed and density in the driver.
Turn on the printer, and connect it to the computer using USB cable and USB-C adapter. Make sure the printer can be connected to the computer as a USB device.

After setting up the printer on your Mac via WiFi according to the web link instructions and video operations, please open the label file you want to print locally, and then select "Printer Features" in "Preview" in the settings. Adjust Darkness to 12 and Print Speed to 2.
If you have downloaded the Labelife software.
You can set the printer to the Labelife software and set the label printing density and speed as shown in the figure, adjust the intensity to 12 and the speed to 2.
Try adjusting the printer's print density and speed to see if the quality of printed labels improves.
3.1.3 Check the Printer Firmware Version
To download the PC Labelife software, then connect the printer to the Labelife software and check the printer's firmware information as shown in the figure.
Try to ensure that the printer's firmware version is the latest version. If the printer's firmware version is lower than 2.5.5, you can contact us to push the latest version of the printer firmware.
3.2 Adjustment on Phone
3.2.1 Adjusting the Printing Density Using the Labelife Mobile App
Go to the app store and search and download the Labelife APP.
Then turn on the printer and open the Labelife mobile APP. Click the printer icon in the upper right corner to search and connect to the PM344WiFi printer.
The APP will pop up the WiFi network configuration page. Enter the WiFi network password currently connected to the phone to complete the printer's network configuration in the mobile APP.

After connecting the printer to the Labelife APP, please adjust the printer's printing quality 12 and speed 2 as shown in the figure.
3.2.2 Check the Printer Firmware Version
Try to ensure that the printer's firmware version is the latest version. If the printer's firmware version is lower than 2.5.5, you can contact us to push the latest version of the printer firmware.
After trying the above steps, if you think the problem of unclear printing still exists, please provide the following information for further analysis:
1. Photo of the unclear label printed by the printer.
2. Label source file used when unclear printing occurs
3. Photo of the power adapter connected to the printer.
4. Screenshot of the printer's firmware information (computer/mobile version is acceptable).
5. Photo of a self-test page printed by the printer:
Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. Turn on the printer, and when the printer is in standby mode (the WiFi button on the left and the paper feed button on the right both show a solid blue indicator light), press and hold the paper feed button on the right until the blue light flashes once, then release the paper feed button.
Let us check whether the printer self-test page is printed clearly.
