How to Use 344WF Shipping Label Printer

1. 1 Equipment preparation
- Make sure you have the following equipment and items:
- 344WF shipping label printer
- Power adapter
- Computer or mobile phone (depending on the type of your printing device)
- Wireless router
- Printing paper
1.2 Printer Button Description
- Feed Button: Long press to perform paper calibration; short press to feed a label.
- WiFi Button:
Long press and hold to wait for the blue light to flash once, then release to print a network test page;
long press and hold to wait for the blue light to flash twice, then release to restore the network configuration to factory settings.
1.3 Turn on the printer
- Connect the printer to the power supply through the power adapter, press the power switch, and the device indicator lights will light up solid blue, indicating that it is in normal working condition.
1.4. Install printing paper
1.4.1 Press the cover opening button and lift the top cover.
1.4.2 Place the printing paper with the printing side facing up
1.4.3 Use both hands to move the limit clip of the printing paper so that the printing paper can pass smoothly without shifting left or right.
1.4.4 Close the top cover:
There will be a crisp click sound when it is closed successfully.
1.4.5 Press the paper feed button to calibrate the paper.

2. Connect the printer through a computer
2. 1 For Windows/Mac
Please follow the article below to set up the printer. After the setup is completed, the computer will be able to wirelessly send print jobs to the printer.
Currently, only computers with Windows and Mac systems support WIFI connection, while Linux and Chrome OS can use USB cables to connect and print.

-Use the included USB-C to USB-A cable to connect the printer and computer.

3. Connect the printer through the phone
Please follow the article below to set up the printer. After the setup is completed, the phone will be able to wirelessly send print jobs to the printer.
- Open the Labelelife app, and the app will automatically search for nearby 344WF label printers.
- Select the printer, enter your WiFi network name and password, and click "Settings" to configure it.
- After the configuration is complete, you can send print tasks directly through your phone.
4. Common problems and solutions
4. 1. Unable to connect to WiFi?
- Make sure your device and label printer are in the same network environment, restart the router or check whether the label printer is connected to the network normally.

- Confirm that the printing paper is installed correctly, clean the print head regularly.
