2. Download App

Please search for the App name of the corresponding model in the mobile device's app store and download it. The above Apps are already available on the Play Store (Android phones) and App Store (iPhone, iPad).

4. Wi-Fi connection to printer by using the app

Here is an example of connecting PM-334-WF to Labelife.Please connect to the corresponding App according to the model and appearance of the printer you purchased.

Specific guidelines are as follows:

1.Turn on Bluetooth from phone settings. Configure the Wi-Fi for the printer via Bluetooth in the Labelife app

2.Select the printer from the list and go for network configuration.

3.The APP will automatically detect the Wi-Fi name used by the phone. Enter the Wi-Fi password.Complete the Wi-Fi network configuration of the printer.

Can't find the printer using the App?

1.Using the App requires turning on Bluetooth and location permissions. You can turn them on in the system settings of your mobile device and then try to connect again.

2. Please connect to your 2.4 GHz WiFi. (5 GHz is only supported by PM-344-WF)

3. After placing the printing paper, turn on the printer, long press the WIFI button until the light flashes once and then release it. The printer will print out the current WIFI configuration page of the machine. You can open the Labelife APP to scan the QR code to connect to the WIFI printer.
