Step 1: Install and Connect Your Label Printer

-Using USB connection: simply plug it into your computer.
-Using Wi-Fi connection: follow the Quick Start Guide's instructions to connect it to your Wi-Fi network and install the Wi-Fi  driver.

Step 2: Access the eBay Shipping Label Section

  1. Log in to your eBay seller account.
  2. Navigate to "Overview" > "Task" > "Print Label and Ship" or "Orders" > "Awaiting Shipment" > "Print Shipping Label".
  3. Find the order you want to ship and click "Print Shipping Label"

Step 3: Choose Shipping Carrier and Package Details

  1. Select your preferred shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
  2. Enter the package weight and dimensions.
  3. Confirm the shipping service based on the buyer’s selected shipping method.

Step 4: Set Label Format to 4x6 Inches

  1. Locate the "Label Format" section.
  2. Choose "4x6" as the label size.
  3. Confirm the changes before proceeding.



Step 5: Print the Shipping Label

  1. Click "Purchase and Print Label" on bottom right corner of the page
  2. After clicking, your browser will open a print preview page.
  3. Verify that your label printer is correctly selected.
  4. Ensure the print size is set to 4x6 inches.
  5. Click "Print" to send the label to your printer.
  6. Verify the print quality—ensure the barcode is clear and scannable.

Step 6: Attach the Label to Your Package

1.Peel and stick the label firmly onto the package.Ensure the label is smooth and not wrinkled.
2.Avoid placing tape over the barcode to prevent scanning issues.
