The Reason of PM241BT Prints Label Content too Large or too Small
If the label content printed by the printer is very small or very large when you use a mobile phone or computer to print (as shown in the figure), you can continue to browse the article information below.
1. When downloading labels from logistics/express delivery platforms, select 4*6 inch size to export the labels.
Take the paper size of 4*6 inches as an example.
Open the e-commerce platform (logistics/express delivery platform) you want to use on the website or software, then create an order label and edit the label content you want to print (usually the recipient and sender information). After editing, select the size of the label file (usually 4*6 inches/4*8 inches).
Taking the express delivery platform Pirate Ship as an example, when exporting and downloading order labels on the platform, you can choose a size of 4*6 inches.
2. How to set up the downloaded shipping label file when printing shipping labels using a computer.
Click to download and export the label file, click the Open or Print button, and the browser/system print preview interface will pop up on the computer.
The items you need to operate include:
1. In Printer Preferences-Page Setup, select the appropriate paper size
2. Check whether there is a printer selection setting item in the shipping label printing interface. If so, please set it to our printer
3. After the above options are set correctly, you can print according to the interface prompts.

Click the link to download the Labelife software for PC.
Then connect the printer to the Labelife software, and then import the downloaded and exported PDF label file into the software.
4. You can use the Labelife APP on your phone to crop the exported PDF shipping label file.
Go to the mobile app store and search and download the Labelife APP, then connect the printer to the APP. Import the downloaded PDF shipping label file into the APP, cut and edit the paper type and size as shown in the picture to print.
