【Shipping Label Printer】How to find the printer's serial number (SN)?
There are four ways to access the SN of the printer: Check the label on the bottom of the printer/Connecting to Labelife App/Printing a self-test page/Scanning the QR code on the printer
1. Check the label on the bottom of the printer
2. Connecting Labelife App to access SN
- Open the Labelife App
- Tap the printer icon in the upper right corner to search for and connect the printer.
3. Print a self-test page to access SN
- Ensure that you are using thermal printing paper (you can verify this through the packaging or the product listing).
- Confirm that you have loaded the printing paper correctly (the thermal-sensitive side of the paper should be facing the print head directly).

Relevant printer series:
PM-241BT/PM-245-BT/PM-249-BT/PM-344-WF
Press and hold the feed button until the blue light flashes 1 time, then release it.

Please double-click the paper feed button to print a self-check page

4. Scanning the QR code on the printer to access SN
- Locate the scannable QR code on the device and using your phone to scan it. (Note: the image below is just an example.)
- You will be redirected to a webpage as shown below. Find the serial number (SN) that starts with a "Q", take a screenshot of this page or copy it and send to us.
