Power on the Shipping Label Printer
1. Make sure the plug has power.
2. Verify the connection from the power cord to the adapter, ensuring the cable connected to the printer is firmly inserted into the power adapter.
3. Make sure the plug into the printer is fully inserted.
4. Turn the power off and then on (I: on and O: off).
5. Please check if the adapter is working properly by examining if the indicator light is on(green or blue light). Try connecting the device with an output 24V-2.5A adapter, if available, and see if it can boot up properly.
