PM344-WF Printer Button Operation Details

1. Understand the Printer Button Layout

The PM344-WiFi printer has two buttons on the cover. The WiFi symbol button on the left is the WiFi network button, and the printer symbol button on the right is the paper feed button.

2. Detailed Button Operations

2.1 PM344-WiFi Skip a Label

Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. Close the printer cover tightly, restart the printer, and when the printer is in standby mode (the WiFi button on the left and the Paper Feed button on the right are both fixed blue indicators). Click the paper feed button once.

2.2 PM344-WiFi Run the Automatic Label Identification (for the label with gaps)

Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. Close the printer cover tightly, restart the printer, and when the printer is in standby mode (the WiFi button on the left and the Paper Feed button on the right are both fixed blue indicators). Press and hold the paper feed button until the indicator light flashes blue twice, then release the Feed button.

2.3 PM344-WiFi Run the Automatic Label Identification (for the label with black marks)

Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. Close the printer cover tightly, restart the printer, and when the printer is in standby mode (the WiFi button on the left and the Paper Feed button on the right are both fixed blue indicators). Press and hold the paper feed button until the indicator light flashes blue three times, then release the Feed button.

2.4 PM344-WiFi  Print test pages

2.4.1 Print button Self-test Page
Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. Close the printer cover tightly, restart the printer, and when the printer is in standby mode (the WiFi button on the left and the Paper Feed button on the right are both fixed blue indicators). Press and hold the paper feed button until the indicator light flashes blue once, then release the Feed button.

2.4.2  Print Network Test Page
Insert a label and make sure it is straight and smooth. Turn on the printer, and when the printer is in standby mode (the WiFi button on the left and the paper feed button on the right both display a fixed blue indicator light). Press and hold the WiFi button on the left until the blue light flashes once, then release the WiFi button.

2.5 PM344-WiFi Restore Factory Settings

2.5.1 Paper Feed Button to Restore Factory Settings
(Restore printer driver settings and print settings to factory defaults)
Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. Close the printer cover tightly, restart the printer, and when the printer is in standby mode (the WiFi button on the left and the paper feed button on the right are both fixed blue indicators), press and hold the paper feed button until the blue light flashes 4 times, then release the paper feed button.

2.5.2 WiFi Network Button to Restore Factory Settings 
(If you want to change the WiFi network, you can let the printer clear the current WiFi connection)
Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. Close the printer cover tightly, restart the printer, and when the printer is in standby mode (the WiFi button on the left and the paper feed button on the right are both fixed blue indicators), press and hold the WiFi button until the blue light flashes 4 times, then release the paper feed button.
