1.Download the Labelife App
Download the Labelife App from Google Play or Apple App Store on your mobile phone.
2.Enable the necessary permissions for Labelife APP
If Bluetooth is enabled in your phone's system settings, please refer to the video below for Bluetooth connection operations.
If Bluetooth has not been enabled in your phone system, follow the steps below to turn on Bluetooth before connecting to the APP.
Turn the printer on, enable the Bluetooth on your phone, and make sure both devices are within 3 meters.
For any permissions that were not granted during installation, you can open your phone's settings and enable all the necessary permissions.
iOS:location, photos, Bluetooth, camera, network permissions.
Android:location, camera, storage space, network permissions.
3.Reconnect
3.1 Restart the printer, reopen the Labelife app, and try to connect again.
3.2 Connect the printer to the Labelife App instead of pairing it directly to your phone’s Bluetooth.
3.3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restart the printer and mobile phone.
3.4. Download the Labelife App on another mobile phone to see if you can connect to the printer.
4. Please disconnect all paired devices in Bluetooth settings to avoid interference, then restart Bluetooth and the printer before reconnecting.
When multiple Bluetooth devices are connected simultaneously, signal interference or bandwidth allocation issues may occur, leading to unstable connections or pairing failures. To ensure optimal communication quality, it is recommended to first disconnect all other connected devices, then restart both the Bluetooth function and the printer. This process clears temporary caches and re-establishes a stable, dedicated connection.
5. Please go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and check if the printer is listed under “Paired devices”.
If it is shown as connected, please remove it from the Bluetooth system.
This will completely disconnect the Bluetooth connection. Then, reconnect it using the Labelife app.

If the Problem Still Persists
