How to create a new label

Step1:  Open Labelife, Go to the ahome page and connect to the printer.
Step2: confirm your label paper style, fill in the size
Step3: Designing your labels

Home Page


  1. Menu bar:   There are seven options for recalling files, modifying edit page diagrams and viewing tutorials on how to use the software, and more.
  2. Connect and create a new labels:  Here you can manage the printers you have and create a new label.
  3. Print History: Here's for reviewing what you've printed before.
  4. PDF Print and Template Library:  Here you can directly print PDF files and call a large number of pre-defined templates!

Label Page and How to create a new label

Step1:  Click on "NEW" on the homepage and the Label Page will be open.
      

Step2: Confirm your label paper style, fill in the size

Step3:  Create special label as needed

Design Page


file bar: Can be used to create or open new tabs and roll back editing actions
Image Alignment and Layer Adjustment
Importing table data and calling preset templates
Properties:  It can be used to check the printer type, change the label parameters
Design elements:  With twelve functions, you can insert text, images, 1D codes, 2D codes and other elements.
Function: Text, Adress, images, Icon, Shapes, Line, Table, Barcode, QR Code, Counter, Border

How to import data from a table and reference it in label

Step6:  Review data about different label



  1. Copies:  Number of copies of labels
  2. Range: What page labels need to be printed
  3. Mirror: Flip the image symmetrically
  4. Invert Colors: Swap the black and white of an image
  5. Print Quality: Choose from three modes - text, image or both - for improved print quality.
  6. Intensity:  The higher the value, the more intense the print colour
  7. Preview:  Print Preview
  8. Print: Use for print
