[PM344 WiFi] How to Install Paper Correctly
The paper of PM344 WiFi printer is mainly divided into two types: folding paper and roll paper. The following is the correct method to install the paper.
1. The Printing Side of the Paper.
Please note that most thermal paper is currently printed on one side. If only one side of the thermal paper can be printed, the printing side of the paper should face up. As shown in the figure.
2. Folding Paper
The PM344 WiFi is a printer without paper bin, so you need to place the folded paper flat at the back of the printer and then insert the paper from the rear. As shown in the picture, you can use the paper fixing clip that comes with the printer to fix the position of the paper so that the paper can be inserted into the printer smoothly and straight. Pull the paper as far as possible to the print head position to prevent the paper sensor from not detecting the paper.
3. Roll Paper
The difference between roll paper and fold paper is that roll paper has a roller in the center. Customers can use a paper roll holder to place it.
Installing roll paper also requires inserting the paper from the back of the printer, and then using the paper fixing clip to fix the position of the paper so that the paper cannot be loosened or too tight. Keep the paper to be able to feed straight and smoothly. And the paper must also be installed to the print head position.
