How to Connect D550 Pro Printer to Windows/Mac Computer via LAN
Here are the main methods to set up the D550 Pro printer on a Windows/Mac computer
1. LAN Connect the Printer to the Windows Computer.
1.1 Download Windows Printer Driver

Before installing the driver, please ensure the following:
①The printer is powered on
②The Ethernet cable has been plugged into the printer's network port, and ensure that the Ethernet cable plugged into the printer and the computer are in the same network.
Note: After the Ethernet is plugged into the printer's network port, the light on indicates a successful connection.
1.2 Install the Printer Windows Driver
Unzip the driver installation package and run it as administrator.
Please allow User Account Control and related Windows security access.
Please select the "Network Connection" method:
Confirm that the line connection is correct.
Search the Internet or enter the IP address manually.
If you still cannot search the IP address after refreshing multiple times, you can quickly double-click the printer's paper feed button to print a self-test page, check the IP address, and then check "Enter IP address to specify the device" and manually enter the IP address.
After the network IP is set, the driver is successfully installed. You can then use the printer to print label files locally.

2.1 Download Mac Printer Driver

Before installing the driver, please ensure the following:
①The printer is powered on
②The Ethernet cable has been plugged into the printer's network port, and ensure that the Ethernet cable plugged into the printer and the computer are in the same network.

2.2 Install the Printer Mac Driver
Enable installation permissions：
Privacy&Security-->Allow application from--->App Store&Known Developers
When installing the driver, select:
① Select "Wifi & Ethernet"
②Enter password
After the driver is installed, you can directly open the label file on the Mac computer for printing.
(Now you don’t need to add a printer in the settings when installing the driver on the Mac)
3.Use the Network Port to Connect to PC Labelife Software
3.1 Download Labelife PC Software
PC Labelife software download link:
3.2 Click "Add Printer"
3.3 Select "Network Connections"
3.4 Fill in the IP address
Quickly double-click the paper feed button to print a test page, check the IP address of the test page store, and then manually fill in the IP address.
After the connection is completed, you can use the Labelife software to edit the label and print it using the D550 Pro printer.
