D520-BT Bluetooth Connection to Labelife
If you want to connect your printer Bluetooth to the mobile phone Labelife software and PC Labelife software, please go through the following precautions and points.
1.Bluetooth Connection to Mobile Phone
1.1 Go to the App Store and Download the Labelife APP
1.2 Turn on Your Phone’s Bluetooth
1.3 Open the Labelife APP and Search for the Printer to Connect
Turn on the printer, turn on Labelife app to search printer and connect.
1.4 Kind Tips
According to Google's official requirements, Android 11 and systems below Android 11 need to enable GPS permissions to use the Bluetooth function. Android 12 and above need to enable relative location authorization, which will not obtain your location information.
You can click the link below to view detailed instructions:
1.4.1 Please connect the printer to the Labelife APP instead of connecting the printer Bluetooth in the Bluetooth settings of the phone.
1.4.2 Please try to uninstall and reinstall the App and restart the printer and phone.
1.4.3 Please try to download the Labelife APP on another phone to see if you can connect to the printer.
2. The Labelife APP on mobile phone cannot search for printers
2.1 Android Phone
The printer information appears in "Other Devices" of the mobile phone Bluetooth system: printer name, serial number, Bluetooth address, etc. (As shown in the picture)
If you see the printer is connected in the paired devices, please remove the printer from the Bluetooth system. Disconnect the printer from the Bluetooth system.
Then go to the Labelife APP on your phone and click the printer icon in the upper right corner to search and connect the printer again.
2.2 IOS Setting
Please open the iOS Bluetooth system and check the list of "Other Devices".
If the printer is displayed in "Other Devices", please check whether the Labelife APP has completed the relevant Bluetooth authorization.

3. The APP Can Search for Printer, but Fails to Connect to Printer
Please turn off the printer and close the APP. Restart the phone, restart the printer, and reopen the phone APP to search and connect to the printer.

5. If Bluetooth Connection to PC Labelife Software Fails
5.1 Check if your computer Bluetooth is turned on
If your computer Bluetooth is turned on, please try to cancel the pairing in the Labelife software and try to connect again.
5.2 Computer Bluetooth driver abnormality
Check if the external USB Bluetooth is working properly.
(mostly seen in desktop computer external USB Bluetooth)
5.3 The number of computer Bluetooth connected devices has reached the upper limit
Some paired Bluetooth devices need to be deleted.
Operation example: click Windows Settings-----Device (Bluetooth, Printer, Mouse)-----Bluetooth and other devices-----Other devices (delete some paired Bluetooth devices)
